Erica is not only the GM, she is the kind of individual that you know within the first two minutes you have a friend for LIFE. Buying a car is a stressful thing to do. I can't tell you how simple this was. Erica was the best. My friend and I drove the 2015 Cadillac SRX and it was exactly as she said on the phone. My 2015 Cadillac got totaled and I loved that car so I was totally optimistic about finding one as good as the one I had. Erica said this Cadillac is perfect. After several weeks of dealing with the insurance company, I called to see if it was still available and this bubbly voice "we still have it". I thanked her and said we are on our was. 135 hours later we pull up to the address and per the GPS the lot, it was on a two lane road, out in the country, I was thinking OH BO, what were we doing but as we pulled in, my Cadillac was sitting in the middle of the lot, all shiney and new, still a little skeptical.... The first car I past was a JAG, then a CORVETTE, and TWO Maserati's, a RANGE ROVER & a BEEMER! All #10 cars for being out of the way, this was a UPPER TEAR CAR LOT!. We drove the car and it was as she (Erica) said it was. Now the bad part, the paperwork. We sat in a clean and neat office with a professional on the other side of the desk.

After working for Ford for 30+ years in the service as a technician and sales. (#1 in sales after 1 month) this was the most pleasant deal I have had. Erica is a very special individual, she is more than a GM. She is a friend. Thank you so much, Dave Correllus
